TOP SECRET TEIDE take no legal or moral responsibility for the delivery of your excursion including any ills, injury or damage that may occur as a result of your excursion.

YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH THE END SERVICE PROVIDER (the excursion company). 

Our offers to you will expire after 24hrs. 

TOP SECRET TEIDE cannot guarantee availability of any offer until after payment is received.

Cancellations by you, made up to 8 days before the date of your excursion will receive a 75% refund.

Bookings or cancellations (by you) made within 8 days of your excursion are non-refundable. 

TOP SECRET TEIDE will abide by the terms and conditions of the end service provider (the excursion company delivering your excursion)
